Does housekeeping submit a report?
At 5 star luxury hotels, do housekeeping personnel submit reports to the front desk to keep on file after a guests stay, i.e. if they left the room a mess, items like soaps were missing, etc? If so, do the hotels keep this information about guests should they return to the property?
