My friend and I enjoy playing together. Yesterday, when we wanted to play, he said, "Wait a sec, I got logged out of my account."

After several attempts to log in, he keeps getting the message "Select your Zero character," even though he already has an account with game progress. Support couldn't help either.

So, my question is: Has anyone else experienced something similar and knows what we can do? Or is the only option to create a new account and start all over again?
