I filed for COS from H1b to F-1 after layoffs on h1b and my classes are slated to start in August. I have already received an approval for F-1 status from USCIS in premium processing. I am slated to receive an offer in a few weeks and attorney has already greenlighted my COS application to h1b. I am curious what are the odds that my H1b COS petition will be rejected or RFEd since I intended on using F-1 as a bridge.

Also many people flagged misrepresentation as something USCIS may flag and that can lead to revocation of my currently approved F-1 visa. Can someone explain me this ?
