I’m looking into changing careers and am wondering what some pros and cons are of the job! very interested to know if there’s anyone out there who actually enjoys the job, as all I see online is teachers saying it sucks and they left the industry so it’s making me nervous!!

I have just started looking into becoming a secondary teacher and I need some help deciding what degree to go into ◡̈
For context, I have a degree in interior architecture (bachelor of design) which unfortunately I couldn’t find a grad job in and after three years I need a change, so have landed on secondary teaching!
From my research I can either go straight into a Masters in Education (possibly Uni Melb) or I’m considering doing the dual degree at Deakin (Bachelor of Arts/Masters in Education). I’m just wondering what current teachers think would be preferable in terms of preparing me to becoming a teacher and which would be preferred (if either) in an employability sense.
