I got the windlass classic medieval sword a few years ago. I know it's a type X, but is it possible to deduce roughly which century is it supposed to be based on? The blade and pommel seemed fairly conventional but is this style of crossguard common on a type X?

I am still very much a novice on the topic of swords. Thanks!
