Bpost lost my smowboard
I shipped my snowboard from Germany to Belgium in January, and it got lost. DHL finally admitted it was lost in April and paid compensation, but the amount only covered a small part of the board’s actual value, so I’m still really frustrated about it.
I know it might already be too late, but I still want to try to find it somehow.
DHL told me that because the package was larger than bpost’s size limit, bpost handed it over to their partner delivery company, Dynalogic. But the problem is that nobody seems to have any record of the handover between them.
Has anyone experienced something similar with DHL, bpost, or Dynalogic?
Were you ever able to track down a lost oversized package after it was officially declared lost?
I’d appreciate any advice or ideas on what else I can do.
