I’m on 60mg of fluoxetine and I feel sooo unmotivated to do anything. Like cannot be bothered to clean my house, take care of the things I need to do. I don’t know if it’s from fluoxetine or if I’m just in a depressive state. Is becoming unmotivated a side effect?

I’ve been on 60 mg for about a month now and I’ve noticed the last 2 weeks I’ve been more agitated than usual. I don’t know if this is a common side effect, or if it’s just because I’m under more stress right now. I’m so unsure if I should ride it out a bit longer, or if I should follow up with my doctor early.
