Hi everyone! I was recently diagnosed with SLE after suspecting I’ve had it for years. I’m glad I have some answers now, and I know Plaquenil is pretty much everyone’s first medication aside from prednisone. It is what has been prescribed to me, but honestly researching all of the potential long term and short term side effects has me really nervous. I know I need to start it ASAP, (and everyone processes things differently), but I’m curious as to what your personal experience is? Do you like it? How long have you been on it? What side effects have you experienced? Does it help with the overall fatigue and brain fog?
