Additional name to UK E-VISA

We urgently need all the advice we can get.
My 2-year-old daughter recently received her Nigerian passport, which included an additional name that appears on her UK birth certificate but not on her BRP or eVisa. Within a month of receiving the passport, we had to apply for her visa renewal, using the passport for the application. The visa was approved on April 16th, but the eVisa has not yet been updated to show the new expiry date.
Initially, we thought the delay was due to the additional name, so we sent the passport to the Home Office to update the name on her eVisa. The passport was returned with a letter stating that the information had been passed to the relevant team for updating. It has now been two weeks since we received the passport back, and five weeks since the visa renewal was approved, but there have been no updates to either the visa expiration date or the additional name on her eVisa.
We are also concerned because we have booked a very important flight out of the UK in June, following the visa approval. Now, we’re not sure whether it is advisable to go ahead with the trip.
Has anyone experienced this before? What else can we do, please? Thank you.
