I tried searching for an answer already, but didn't find what I was looking for or it required knowledge of scripts.

I want to create a form my students fill out to let me know they submitted a late assignment. Based on which student fills it out, I want it to automatically send an email to their caregivers to let them know they submitted it as well. Is this possible? Thanks for any help!
