For people who struggle with remembering to tug
I’ve been on and off for a while and been constantly forgetting to tug. So a couple days ago I found this app called mindfulness bell on iOS by spotlight six software and the way it works is it rings a bell on whatever intervals and times you want. It’s helped me tremendously so yeah just wanted to share that.
(Just don’t have your phone silenced and it works rven if your phone is locked)
