Having a hard time breaking into industry
Hey everyone, been lurking this sub for a bit now. My fiancée (28F) is looking to break into the higher-ed advancement industry in the MA/CT area.
She has 6 years of fundraising experience the private equity and real estate investing space. She’s raised over $50m independently in this industry.
We know nothing about the space other, but are on the same page that a career transition for her at this time makes the most sense due to benefits, lifestyle, and more.
Are her skills applicable? How can we make her a standout candidate to those with industry experience. Thanks!
