Is this moving under braking?

I've been accused of moving under braking for this type of defensive move. I'm the purple Ferrari.
In my opinion, I am aiming towards corner entry right before braking in a straight line to protect against dive bombing (happens all the time at Barcelona because it's so hard to overtake).
Obviously, I don't do it if I'm side by side but my understanding of racing standards is that this type of defense is legal.
Am I in the wrong here?
