Why would a 4kz DM transmitter wall plate turn on when receiving PoE from a network switch, but not when receiving PoDM from a video switcher? (The same port on the switcher is confirmed to power another of the same device)
Pulling my hair out over this, it makes no sense. Device turns on when locally powered, or when plugged into a network switch with PoE, but not when plugged into a video switcher or receiver that provides PoDM. We plugged in another wall plate transmitter into the same DM port and it received power, but this one doesn’t.
