It mentions that the Segue is only 15 minutes, but that might only count the time they spend talking and not other stuff like fighting, walking around, etc. Still, that's a little bit short.
Kuro likes to stretch out the dialogue by giving it a cinematic feel, showing other stuff like the background or camera zoom. Well, we'll just have to see once the patch is live.
PS. >!Qiuyuan will appear in Segue but only have few lines!<
