Advice for where to go in the fall

So I got into both University of Georgia and Emory for fall 2026 and I’m unsure where to go for quite a few reasons. I’m a nursing major and Emory is amazing for nursing and UGA is opening a new nursing program. First of all Emory is pretty expensive with tuition being a 40k a year plus meal plans, books, housing, etc no I don’t qualify for there under 200k family free tuition. UGA is pretty much free and would be easy to afford. If I go to Emory the pros would be getting into there nursing program relatively easily if u keep a 3.0 and above gpa it’s automatic acceptance. It’s in the city to which is nice. The cons include the price which my parents would help pay for but I’m unsure how much debt I would have coming out of college. I don’t know anyone there and would be alone atleast in the beginning. Grade deflation and not as much of a social campus (I love to go out pretty often). The pros of UGA for me would be I have good friends there so I wouldn’t be alone. Pretty much free tuition and the social aspect im looking for with sororities and football. The cons would mainly be with there nursing program being new and don’t know how hard it would be to get in and overall less security when it comes to getting into a good program. If you read this far thank you so much I would really appreciate your advice if you have any knowledge of the two schools

Curious about the school

So I got into Emory as a transfer for fall and I’m just overall wondering what life is like there. Is there a good work life and social life balance? As in is everyone solely focused on school or do people actually go out? Do you feel stressed all the time like significantly worse than you were in highschool (coming from an AP and IB student). I’m majoring in nursing so what is the nursing program like. Do you think it’s worth the money? Is there a good amount of things to do on campus? Did you find a nice friend group easily if you’re female? Overall what are the pros in cons of the school?

Hi I’m looking for a female roommate that is pretty clean, cares about school but also loves going out as much as I do. I also love working out I study pretty often but like to have a balance. I am a transfer sophomore looking to be friends with my roommate!
