How to retain what you’ve learnt for long??

Hii, for context, im a sec4 this yr and my prelims is in one week while my Os are in abt 1 month. I’ve struggled with retaining what I’ve learnt for quite long. Like I can study and memorise today but then I’ll forget a huge part of it tmr or a few days after. It’s honestly really dreading everytime I revise and then I have to re revise from square 1, and lowk it makes me wonder why others can just read the information once and being able to remember like most of it after q long. Further more bcos of my subject combi( pure chem&bio, elect geog&ss, and MEP), there are many subjects that require me to remember details specifically. Esp bio omgggg like sm ppl told me I need to memorise every single detail😭😭😭😭 Omds save me from prelims it’s starting like this week 😭😭😭😭 do yall have any tips???
