Good evening all,

Currently planning a holiday and just wondered if I could pick a more knowledgeable brain. If someone was SC level clearance, I understand a trip to a ln obvious high risk country, or being out of the country for 30+ days consecutively could jeopardise that.

However if you went on a holiday somewhere in the east Europe/Western Asian region that could be considered slightly higher risk than normal and you inform vetting of the trip (7-10 days), would that impact renewal of SC? Sponsor said not usually an issue but couldn't guarantee 100%. I get it'd be a case by case thing, but wondering if a short holiday to somewhat like Georgia (one contender) has been an issue for anyone in the past.
