These sprang up fast! Worried about doggos

These sprang up not too long after we had some heavy rain, I'm worried about my dogs eating these if they are toxic or toxic in high quantities. It is in the front yard (grassy but about a foot down large rocks roughly 6 inches wide) near my flower beds (wood chipping base layers).
