4 months ago I was going through my rock bottom - genuinely no friends at school, my girlfriend cheated on me, and no motivation. After my girlfriend cheated on me, I had enough and decided to pick up swimming and the of course the gym. I glew up so much faster than I could’ve possible imagined. Will keep working hard. Stay hard everyone
