It has been 35 days since I submitted the claim online. Seven days in they said it was assigned a representative. About a week later I sent an email and followed up with a phone call. The representative said it was “in process” and “everything looked good” but he had no idea when I would receive the reimbursement. Mind you, I called in advance and was told that digitally submitted claims were disbursed within 2-3 days.

Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you resolve it? Thank you 😊.
