Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a possible change in career. I'm currently a property inspector for real estate assessment purposes. I've tried my hand in real estate appraisals and the entire team felt like a fraternity, it was brutal. In the past I've worked for an Interior design company and in the educational sector but they both had limitations with my educational background. I've also worked for a construction company as an administrator and I was told that they would never put me on site because of my personality (being too soft and polite). Any advice?

P.S. I'm also now a first time mother.
