I'm going through a gastritis flare along with prodromal CHS. It's hell. I honestly feel like I'm dying, like my body doesn't have the nutrients or tools to heal itself. I went to an IV therapy place yesterday but I still feel physically beat. How do you get electrolytes?

I was drinking coconut water but I'm pretty sure it was giving me diarrhea which was further making me more dehydrated. Are there any electrolyte drinks without citric acid?
