My K1C software got bricked because of a known full-storage bug. To unbrick it via the internal recovery port (as recommended by Creality), I had to remove the bottom cover. Because of a terrible design choice, the high-tension Z-belt tensioner is mounted on cheap, fragile plastic pins molded into the chassis. They snapped instantly under factory belt tension.
When I contacted Creality about this clear engineering and material defect, their support gave me the ultimate copy-paste brush-off: 'Kindly contact the seller.'
Hey u/Creality3D, YOU designed the flawed chassis, YOU designed the bugged software, but the local seller is supposed to take the hit for your engineering mistakes? Stop passing the buck and start taking responsibility for your premium machines. Worst support loop ever.
