I recently purchased business cards which were just poor quality in every way, and i’ve been trying to submit a support form for days now only to keep getting an error and ‘please try again later’

I’ve tried on different devices, browsers, internets, etc. still no change. From what i can see there is no way to talk to a person.

Is there a way that i’m not finding? or do i have to wait for the form to decide to work?
