I’m looking at an office role at Lonza and I wanted to get a read on two things:

1. What do people typically wear day to day? (Jeans nice top, business casual, more formal)

2. How is the general vibe… are people pretty friendly/approachable or more heads down?

Just want to get a feel of what I would walk into. Appreciate any insights or added info!
