At this point all I can do is pray. I had my contracts final last week and I couldn’t remember so much. Totally went blank. All of the rules and restatements I focused on were not even on the exam. 25 multiple choice, one long issue spotter. I ended up doing IRAC material breach for both sides, minor breach IRAC for one side, valid contract IRAC, ucc or common law IRAC, promissory estoppel IRAC and then a paragraph at the end with what I thought would be the outcome. Just realized I said that part of the contract was a condition of the contract and not a promise when I meant it the other way around 😭😭😭 and I also threw in there impractabilty. I left off substantial performance, anticipatory repudiation
And possibly others I just can’t think of. I just want to crawl into a hole at this point. Talk about depressed 😔 I just know everyone else knew way more than I did.
