Vintage Closet of Kamali- Delivery delays
I ordered 2 dresses from this site for a special occasion because their website mentioned a delivery timeline of 15–20 days. I had around 4 weeks before the event, so I placed the order assuming they’d arrive on time.
Now, when I followed up, they told me the dresses are “made to order” and shipping will actually take 25–35 days. The problem is that nowhere on their website or Instagram posts did they mention that these were made to order items or that the delivery timeline could be this long.
What’s more frustrating is that they’re refusing to cancel the order or issue a refund.
Has anyone else dealt with this brand/site before? Did you eventually receive your order? I’m starting to wonder if this is a scam or just really poor business practice.
