i lucid dream every night basically and have ever since i can remember, but last night i remember going to bed and at some point along falling asleep thinking to myself, “im going to lucid dream,” lifting my foot up and i don’t remember laying it back down and hearing this LOUD vibrating sound and it felt like it was taking over my entire head. shortly after i was somewhere in my dream state and conscious but not long after it happened again, and continued to happen atleast 5-6 times, going to different places (i can’t remember where now) and feeling it coming on every single time. i have conscious thoughts when im dreaming and i kept thinking, “oh no, it’s happening again” and it would feel like a huge zap along with the vibrations. what the hell was happening? i don’t take any medication and drink alcohol sometimes and smoke weed, but this has never happened to me before. any suggestions?
