hi all recently i felt some pain and a lump in my right breast. to be absolutely honest, i am very lost and confused.
i have not had it checked, i cant think straight. im unfamiliar with visiting the doctors even for minor issues like flu/cough, so this gives me even more anxiety. i read online that i should get a referral from a GP - and that it should be diagnostic referral in order for insurance claims (sorry im really unfamiliar, im still trying to read up)
but i dont want my parents to worry, so i have not told anyone. im not sure if i have adequate insurance coverage (i was informed i did not have a rider(?)) by a friend, but i have not spoken to the family insurance agent before - idk how i am going to do this without my parents finding out. im really afraid because of the costs and how to go about claiming insurance.
im based in singapore. appreciate any advice, what should i do? :(
