Came across this chair on the side of the road. Don’t know much about it. Mr Chair?

Hey all. I found this chair on the side of the road, trying to determine if it’s a Plycraft Mr Chair or not. Unsure if it is original or a remake as there are no labels or paper tags.

It does wobble a decent amount and looks like the base is missing some parts. Any help is much appreciated!
