Hi everyone,

My husband is on H1B and may change only his consultancy/vendor soon while continuing with the same client/company in the US.

I already have my H4 appointment and MRV fee paid. If he changes consultancy and stays in the US without new stamping, can I still attend my H4 interview using his new I-797?
Also, did anyone update DS-160 after employer change? Any issues?
Would appreciate recent experiences.
