I decided to open my old account that hasn't been played for almost a decade. And found this...
I don't really remember well how the game was years ago (like if buildings used to have less demands on services) and some of my last moments before quitting the game
but what? the population can keep up with such "inadequate" services now?
as I entered, the "happiness" rate the first I opened was just 90%. now, it keeps rising as I observed on my lost city for a while instead of going down.
Should I satisfy the demands or just let it be, see where it gets me?
