should i go to ER for hepatic encephalopathy and can it be reversed?? [31f]

  • lab read that high ammonia was 32 & mine was 39
  • experiencing insomnia, loss of motor control, fatigue, confusion among other cognitive/neuro symptoms
  • my questions are:
    • can HE be reversed without lactulose and just by being less constipated? I'm wondering if I should go to eR
    • i have notice change in my bowel. used to be able to poop everday but after eating my normal diet im not able to poop everyday anymore. therefore, can my HE be reversed if im not able to poop as much as i used to?
