Young Supervisor; need advice????
I love what I do, but I just got promoted to a supervisor position im a f(28) and I manage a team full of older women who hate my guts because I’m young & their boss. It doesn’t help that I’m black and they’re all Hispanic. I feel so helpless in a position and I’m really having second thoughts on if this is really something I want to pursue. Cattiness, drama-filled work environments are not my thing. Ughhhhh I hate it here. Any advice. The women under me are 45-60 and they make my life a living hell.
