I received a ticket for fail to ascertain sufficient space for movement after hitting a parked car while parking. I left a note for the owner as they did not come to the door, and reported it to police. I have never been in an accident and have not had so much as a ticket in over 10 years.

The owner or the vehicle has not contacted me or police, and ive been told by neighbors this vehicle does not run, so it is possible they do not have insurance or registration on it.

Is there anyway I can fight this ticket? Or even get it reduced?

I was trying to do the right thing and report it but the owner doesnt seem to care and now im screwed over even more
