Hey everyone,

I’m trying to find examples of normal, everyday people who’ve built solid physiques using mostly or purely bodyweight training. Not elite calisthenics athletes or genetic outliers, but just realistic, attainable results.

It’s easy to find guys with insane builds online, but a lot of that feels either genetically gifted, enhanced, or full-time dedication. I’m more interested in:

  • People with regular schedules (school/work)
  • Natural physiques
  • Consistent bodyweight training (push-ups, pull-ups, dips, etc.)
  • Before/after progress or even just current physiques

If you’ve done it yourself or know posts/accounts that show this kind of progress, I’d really appreciate it. Trying to get a more grounded idea of what’s actually achievable.
