Low battery but 100% battery remaining | vivoactive 5
anyone know how to fix this issue?
”Low battery 100% battery remaining”
low battery screen pops up with this message. battery displays 100% (has done so for past few days). have factory reset it, same issue. tried charging and it doesn’t light up with the charging icon.
please help 🙏
