De um lado você tem uma das gatas mais leais ao Shadowclan e do outro uma das mais complicadas.
The loyalty that Russetfur adopts to Shadowclan is very beautiful, after having the opportunity to witness the Shadowclan cats fight, and being spared along with Bolder, she starts to admire the clan and asks to join them and when she becomes a warrior she dedicates herself to serving him until the end of her life, being proud of her clan.
She's not exactly a good cat, in fact, letting a kit lose its tail in a trap just because it's not from her clan isn't something a cat with a modicum of empathy would do, not to mention that she served under Tigerstar's leadership (claw) and apparently supported and also took some of Firestar's lives unnecessarily. So no, she's not exactly a villain, but she's not a good cat either. Anyway, she wasn't loyal or obsessed with Tigerstar, even because after his death she continued her life in Shadowclan normally, so I think Russetfur has a distorted view, and probably did everything she did in the name of Shadowclan, but not to any specific cat and her loyalty is much older. And we have... Sleekwhisker, I mean, she was right to not have the same pride as Russetfur about Shadowclan, since Rowanstar was a terrible leader and making the clan more passive was one of the worst ideas, so yes, her joining the Kin and being loyal to them and Darktail, I mean, I think she was only loyal to Darktail, was something acceptable at the BEGINNING.
Because as she follows a cat who killed her mother and two of her friends, in fact Darktail's murder list is long, but anyway, the loyalty that Sleekwhisker has towards him begins to lose its meaning, and even after he dies, she kidnaps her friend Yarrowleaf's kits and threatens them to kill them in the name of Darktail, instead of simply accepting the second chance of staying in Shadowclan and trying to get some other cats that they may have love in the future, since most cats that you love has died. Her loyalty is pretty empty to me.
