Where are my NJ SLPs at?

What setting are you in, how much experience do you have, and what's your salary?

I feel like once I'm high enough up on a school guide.. I'm kinda stuck.

Hitting the 100k mark in NJ (other than being in the schools many years) feels pretty challenging - right ?

Would love to hear the experiences of others in NJ.

I'll start:

Public School - 82k - 9 years experience (but in 5 years I'll be over 100k based on our new contract)

I don't know I want to be in the schools forever but think I might be stuck in the schools forever 😅
