Tina’s Dresses

Call me crazy but I don’t understand the waistbands on Tina’s dresses. She wears a similar one in the season 16 dance episode. Has anyone actually had a dress like this irl. I honestly don’t even know what this is supposed to be lmao 😭

Edit: I can’t respond to all the comments but damn, I guess I’m just too young lol. I love the idea that she’s getting these out of fashion 2000s dresses at a thrift store, or that Linda makes them.

Hey, I’ve been working on aerials and I’m having trouble getting enough height going into it. My issue is that I just dive straight to the ground. Even when doing it off a raised mat or block my hands immediately touch the ground. Is this a mental thing or a physical thing? Any tips on how to keep this from happening?

Does anyone here know of gymnastics studios within, at most, an hour of Charlottesville that offer group adult classes over the summer. The two studios in Charlottesville seem to only have summer programs for children and I’m not really interested in taking private lessons. Thanks!
