Follow up email etiquette - too soon?

Hello,

TL;DR : I want to write a follow up email after 2nd interview in regard to next and final panel interview round. but its only been 3 business days (not including the weekend)

I was invited to interview (FINALLY!) and made it to round 2. first with recruiter then with the hiring manager. Increasingly through both interviews I realize this is my dream job. My second interview was over video call with the hiring manager. It went well but I wish I had appeared more eager instead of trying to give the appearance of being professional by being reserved (I could also very well just be overthinking this).

I sent a thank you email that evening but didn't receive a response. That was Wednesday, its now Monday. I want to send another email reiterating how enthusiastic I am about the opportunity, etc but is too soon? She mentioned that there were 36 candidates total and there was a plethora of applications that they pulled the job posting early. I don't want to be forgotten or over looked. I want to be the squeaky wheel but in a good way. so... too soon?

should I also CC the recruiter as well who I had my first interview with just in case I am going into the spam folder?
