Re-applying to job after failed interview?

Hello! I was contacted by a team manager about a month ago for a role on their team that I was fitting for but I bombed interview 2/3. I know I would kill the role and would like to re-apply but I am not sure how to go about it.

The company has reposted the role- is it too soon to re-apply? Should I apply traditionally? Or, reach out to the team manager directly? I did reach out about a week after bombing the interview, thanking them for the opportunity and letting them know I would be interested in applying for future openings, but did not get a response.

If I were to apply traditionally, should I mentioned that I already interviewed? The hiring team is still the same.

I'm passionate about the product and the role and really don't want to give up- just not exactly sure how to proceed.
