I’ve had this plant for over 90 days since its broke soil, why has it taken so long to get to this point

My ph for my soil is sitting at a 7.7 and I have absolutely no idea on how to bring it back down, I’ve tried using everything from low ph water, as well as using 3% hydrogen peroxide mixed with water and my oh is still high, it’s locking one of my plants out and it’s starting to do it to my other plant as well, can I save it or do I fucking kill all my hard work for the past 3 months
