As far as I have understood so far, observation is defined by the results of an observation (an interaction which results in a change in state), which sounds weird to me as a definition - since it doesn't describe anything about the interaction itself. I just doesn't sound like a precise scientific definition to me.

Can someone help me wrap my head around what an observation is exactly? Please? Pretty Please? With sugar on top?

I have a medical disability that doesn't allow me to have a pilot's license (mental health issue, it's a no-go full stop).
But my dream since I was a kid has been to fly. Is there some format where I can fly with a pilot on a cheaper basis than paying for regular flight instruction? I'm in Israel, fyi.
