I am looking for someone to take over my lease at 3335 E. Covenanter Drive with Renaissance Rental from 07/23/2026-07/23/2027. We have not moved in yet so this would be a full lease take over, so there is no subleasing fee and there will be maintenance and cleaning before you move in. I have also already paid half the deposit ($350) which you can then keep on move out.

Unit description:

• Total rent is $1409
• 1 bed 1 bath
• Full dishwasher
• In unit washer/dryer
• Cats allowed
• 750 square feet
