Puppy Advice - heavy breathing & lethargic

This is Lomi! She is almost 5 months old. This past week she has been very tired and will have bouts where she is panting a lot and her heart seems to be beating pretty rapidly (not exercise related) also, I could be overthinking it, but I think her skin looks pinker when this is happening? Her gums look fine, she doesn’t have a sticky tongue, and she’s not drooling excessively. I tried to take a video but I didn’t really capture it well so here are pictures (all taken this week) of the cutie.

Last weekend was the first weekend we left her with some friends, so my husband and I just assumed she was extra tired and maybe a little anxious after us leaving/her staying at another place.

She is still eating, but not with as much gusto as usual (this morning was the first morning she was jumping around when we were doing training). Same with drinking water. Honestly, I would say all of her behavior is just a little muted and she’s down to sleep A LOT. We had decided to let it be, thinking she’s a puppy and is maybe in a growth stage, we also have finally started to be able to take her on little adventures (finally all vaccinated) so we thought maybe we wiped her out a bit more than we should have. I have been monitoring it, it’s not constant but when it happens it’s worrisome. I have had experience with many pets taking them to the vet only to be told they’re fine so I didn’t want to rush it JIC it was another temporary puppy thing.

I want to take her to the vet, but I just signed up for pet insurance and need to wait 14 days so whatever diagnostics are done/whatever comes back isn’t counted as a preexisting condition. Also, I have her spay appointment on Tuesday. Here are my questions: is this concerning enough that I should postpone the spay appointment? Does it feel okay to wait two weeks to take her to the vet? Are there other signs I should be looking out for that would indicate a shift that this has become more serious?
