For some context, I also have a recent history of pulmonary embolism, which is all providers seem to want to talk about.

I have dealt with severe fatigue prior to my PE where my ferritin was 13, but I was told this wasn’t concerning and that it wasn’t causing my fatigue. After my PE, the fatigue has gotten significantly worse to the point where I am afraid to drive or do anything requiring focus.

I desperately need to find answers and I don’t feel like I’m really being heard. I just keep having anxiety/depression medication adjusted instead.

Should I be a little more insistent on finding the cause of this? I’m at my absolutely wits end.
