Hi everyone. My penis is currently 18.5 cm and I’m considering shortening it because it’s difficult to function with this size. But I already had a glansplasty done. Am I right that the only option to shorten it would be removing the entire glans? I’m 6 months post-op now. The method I had was MLD.
