I purchased 10 seats from fast buds of Tropicana cookies auto will they yield good outside and high THC or not really first time grower here

Are ph levels really a big deal with cannabis my Tropicana cookies auto says needs 6-6.2 ph but my local tap water is 7.2 is this okay ?

Can Tropicana Cookies Auto grow outside full time in New York starting June 23 in a 5 gallon grow bag with 8–12 hours direct sun, good water, and fertilizer? Or will yield be small / quality (THC) be low because it’s outside grow.
